Another suggestion: When you press Ctrl-F, the search popup appears. The "match case" box is automatically checked. Make it unchecked by default, like other programs.

This is a "feature" of the underlying Text Control. I have not found a way to suppress this in the API. I may need to create either a subclass, or other "hack" to disable this. I have a few ideas, it just requires some time and expirementation. I have also found this annoying.

Ohhh well then don't spend a lot of time on it if its a huge pain. After ya get burned a few times with searches that make you pull your hair out (i.e. I KNOW this text is in this document), then you will remember to remove the checkbox! haha

I noticed that in Microsoft Word (and other editors), the RTF supports invisible section breaks. The RTF control in e-sword and T4 show them as squiggly lines. So I have to remember to search/replace (represented by ^b) in a source document (like the Max Younce documents he sent me), else the section breaks are visible in e-Sword and T4.

An odd thing is if I manually delete these squiggly lines in T4 (that represent section breaks in RTF), T4 doesn't like it. When I save the document, T4's RTF control tells me I have an unsupported format. So then I have to copy and paste the whole document and then it will save properly.

Not expecting you do to anything about this. Just letting others know because sooner or later, someone will scratch their head.

I notice that with each install of T4 it adds another file TOOLTIPTOOLNTxxx.w3...... shouldn't these be deleted?

Program always starts full screen.

The format toolbar always returns to an overlap condition with the bar to the left of it.

If you Uninstall T4, yes, it will be deleted. But if you install over the last, then no, these are not deleted.

Yes, it always starts full screen. I've done nothing to prevent this or preserve the state yet.

Format toolbar always overlaps the tooltip bar - yes, it hides the "Wrap" option. Most of the time I find Wrap to cause more harm than good, but there are situations where the Wrap option helps. So, I have it unchecked, and hidden by default.

WOOHOO! That's one I've been wanting for a bit. Fantastic.

Suggestion: There's currently the \\\ command to prevent Tooltip from tooltipping certain verses. That's a good start.

What about when you have a Bibliography in each book comment and you don't want it tooltipped (because T3/4 will make a mess of the text, misinterpreting abbreviations for books of the Bible)? You could use the same code commenting syntax that programmer's use. For example:

Everything here is tooltipped
and here
and here

/*
But text inside the comment symbols are not...
every line in between the comment symbols aren't tooltipped...
*/

This text is tooltipped because it's outside the symbols.

and continuing that theme:

how about T3/NT turning those symbols WHITE - instead of deleting them - the first time through, so they're still there if the tooltip tool is run a second time....

A HA! Proves it! I'm not a programmer. I do not use those curly braces languages.
