May God change our hearts to what the truth is

2Ti_2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Rom_9:16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

2Ti 2:24-25  And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;

I have the 9.X macros for Word 2003, aside from the annoying replacement of the search macro with a blue tooth wizard window I mentioned earlier, the reinstalled 9.X macros work just fine.

Cool, I've never used the macros. I've heard from several people they didn't work. If they need tweaking, I assume they will be tweaked. Glad all it needed was a reinstall.

Is anyone else noticing speed issues? F12 to the next verse takes forever with a large commentary open - noticeably slower than V9.9.1

I tried F12 with the pulpit commentary, the largest commentary I have. And the text was coming up before I could let go of the F12 key (very fast). What commentary are you using? What version of Windows? How many other resources (approximately) do you have installed? I'll be happy to try to replicate it.

"What commentary are you using? What version of Windows?"

The NET commentary (NETNotes.cmtx - 19.0 MB) and Windows 7 Professional.

For example: 1Peter 4:1 With the TSK commentary (8.06 MB) F12 to verse 2 is practically instantaneous <1 second

1Peter 4:1 With the NET commentary, it takes 13 seconds to move to verse 2.

Interestingly it takes 12 seconds to switch commentary tabs from the TSK to the NET

I have enjoyed the update!! Extended search on the Reference Library will be very cool. Might we see Bibles formatted by paragraphs in the future? (That would break everything.) The Reference Library is a great addition.

To the previous comment by rictrician, in the Editor window, press and hold the Ctrl key, and right click. A context menu will appear where you can select your prior Topics files. I had this question initially also, and I also see that it has been mentioned several times here in the forums. A button in the Editor that would open this context menu would be nice. I suspect this question will arise often.
