You can acquire the module from e-Sword's built in downloader which is where all official e-Sword resources are downloaded from. You will find the NIV Bible listed under English, Premium in the Bible's window of e-Sword's built in downloader

Unfortunately, I just read in one of the more than 200 reviews on eStudySource that the 2011 NIV Bundle they currently sell does not include the 1984 NIV, which was arguably a much better version, made before Zondervan caved to the world's gender inclusion obsession.
