Alright - if you are using a Windows laptop or desktop computer, than the only file to download and install would be the .EXE file.
There are several different types of platforms supported on this resource site. Also, as in the Windows version, the file may appear as the raw file (TOPX, CMTX, BBLX, etc), as a zip file or as an executable file (EXE). You would do well to just download the EXE file and work from that format.
ALSO, I should add, some files can be found in two different formats for the same software. An example would be the commentary that you have choosen. The Bible Expositors Commentary can also be downloaded in the eBook format (TOPX) for someone who doesn't want to view this resource as a linked commentary (CMTX).
I know - it can get confusing. Sorry about that.. As you work with the multitude of resources though, you will notice a general pattern to the layouts emerging and things will get much simpler. Blessings. lg
