I please need assistance Using E-Sword 11.0.6 on win 7 32 bit machine. Created numourous study notes etc. Can retrieve the info on same machine.

Copied the same notes onto a memory stick and transferred the data from folder users-esword and placed it onto a win 7

64 bit machine. Opening e-Sword and looked at the study notes. The directory is there but no data on the screen.

What can I do as this is causing a major problem?

I don't have access to the 64 bit machine all the time.

I use the 32 bit machine for my prep work

Regards

Roben

In Win7 32bit OS, the default folder (as you know) is C:\Program Files\e-Sword.

Now, because your Window OS is 64bit, that has changed, and C:\Program Files is where 64bit software are installed. So, because e-Sword is a 32bit program, of which is able to run on a 64bit machine, its location has changed to C:\Program Files (x84)\e-Sword.

The C:\Program Files (x86) is strictly for 32bit software, as where the other one is strictly for 64bit programs.

Hope that helps.

Blessings,
