Rashi Tanach & Spurgeon Commentaries in E-Sword 8?

I've been trying to find the Rashi Tanach by Judaica Press for E-Sword 8 as well as the Spurgeon Commentaries. Both modules are available for E-Sword 9 and Mysword. The conversion utility I've been using hasn't been working right from Mysword...

Can someone send them to me or post them? Or is there a reliable program that converts E-Sword 9 to 8?
