How to upload commentaries to esword?

I have some commentaries files that I would like to upload to e-sword! Can anyone guide, please? Thanks

My uploading to e-Sword do you mean installing into the program or uploading to this site so everyone can use them?

You need scripts and cookies be allowed in your browser.

And click on the green Upload File button (under the Twitter and facebook icons).
