Under Commentaries, the default is: Display Verse Comments. Can that be changed to default to Display Chapter Comments?  Or when creating a new commentary in ToolTip, can the new commentary be set to default to Display Chapter Comments?  Thank you.

This is an e-Sword issue only.  It would be a nice enhancement to e-Sword to make the book/chapter/verse choice "sticky".

And it would also be nice to be able to skip forward to the next chapter comment.

To change to the next chapter of the Bible you can press F8, if your commentaries are set sync with the Bible verses shown then the Commentaries also move to the next chapter...and it stays "stuck" on chapter comments (on modules that have chapter comments).

Thus says the LORD, "Let not a wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not a rich man boast of his riches; but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, (Jeremiah 9:23-24a)

"Defenders of the faith are inclined to be bitter until they learn to walk in the light of the Lord. When you have learned to walk in the light of the Lord, bitterness and contention are impossible." --Oswald Chambers, in Biblical Psychology from The Quotable Oswald Chambers.
