Hi,

You ran the exe file? And an install screen appeared? And then you restarted e-Sword? And you clicked Tools > Reference Library?

When I click on the file listed in "my downloads" I get a popup that says "Windows can't open this file." What do I do ? shouldn't it download as an .exe file? thanks and blessings to ya. the file was for Judah's Sceptre and Joseph's Blessing.

If your downloading this version: http://www.biblesupp...phs-birthright/

Then you should use the e-Sword module installer. The installer simply moves the file to program files\e-sword or program files\e-sword (x86). If you're technically challenged, the module installer works well. If your technically able, just move the file yourself. Either way, you'll be all set.

I think you're really asking where files go when you download them. That varies depending on what browser you are using and what operating system.

If you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, you will see something like this toward the bottom of the screen:

If your downloading an exe file from this website, click Open. And let it run.
