When we click on the Bible Support website, and click on the tab “Home”, the  URL is http://www.biblesupport.com/

On this web page, several words are hyperlinked.

The contrast between the background, the text color, and the color of the hyperlink are too similar, making the hyperlinks difficult to see and read easily and quickly.

SUGGESTION: Make the text Black, and the hypertexted words in a larger font, so that they are easily seen,

with good contrast, following the accessibility recommendations, so that the links can be seen by a person with difficulty to see similar colors.

Hyperlinks are on the following words:

Download > http://www.biblesupp...word-downloads/

e-Sword questions > http://www.biblesupport.com/index

e-Sword User’s Guide > http://www.biblesupp...vision-9282013/

This is forwarded. SUGGESTION: Please use the new URL

http://www.biblesupport.com/e-sword-downloads/file/4825-e-sword-users-guide-pdf-v104-revision-8114/

e-Sword > http://www.biblesupp...ing-esword.html

PLEASE SELECT THE LAST LINK on the word “e-Sword”.

This takes the user to http://www.biblesupp...ing-esword.html

On this webpage are several hyperlinks. These are easier to see because the background is white, the text is black, and the hyperlinks are in blue, or bold blue.

Here the hyperlinks are:

Mackintosh and Linux > http://www.codeweavers.com/via/e-sword

REQUEST: Please change that to the new URL, which is https://www.codeweavers.com/

Pulpit Commentary, Lange's Commentary, Biblical Illustrator, and so much more. > http://www.biblesupp...sword-downloads

Need help installing e-Sword modules?

REQUEST: This is forwarded to another URL.

The link could be updated to the new link. http://www.biblesupp...dule-installer/

e-Sword training videos > http://www.e-sword.net/training.html

features > http://www.e-sword.net/features.html

REQUEST: This is not found. Please change to another URL, which is

https://www.e-sword....x.html#features

download the e-Sword User Guide > http://www.biblesupport.com/e-sword-downloads/file/4825-e-sword-users-guide-pdf-v911-updated-73111/

Please update the URL to which that is forwarded.

http://www.biblesupp...-revision-8114/

e-Sword.net Downloads area. > e-Sword.net Downloads area.

This is forwarded to URL: https://www.e-sword.net/downloads.html

REQUEST: Would you update this to the forwarded URL please?

Suggestions: make use of the free w3c validator https://validator.w3.org/

https://validator.w3...blesupport.com/

This provides an evaluation of the existing website, with suggestions.

Links for Foreign language Bible entries. These always report coding errors. Please invent a solution to this problem, so the uploader has a template of what entries to provide in English, what entry to provide for the foreign name of the book, and how to mention the language in which the text is to be read. The name of the book ought not to consist only of the e-Sword file type, or just the tab name. Please request the uploader to mention who has the existing copyright, and provided permission for him to host the module on Bible Support in e-Sword format. This information is missing in many cases. It would be helpful if this is also entered in the Information page of the module, so it will be available to view in future when the user has forgotten where he obtained the e-Sword module.

Classification of Reference entries - please invent a method so that when the old self-installing *.exe files are removed and no longer are provided, and when entries for e-Sword and other varieties, such as refi modules are provided, that the URL names need not just say (topx.exe) any more. I do not know who has the knowledge of the website structure to be able to regroup these files into new classifications. I think new classifications are needed to indicate which types of modules are available for download in the different options. This will help those with Apple Mac, iPad, iPhone, and Android devices to know which options will be applicable for their version of e-Sword.

Thank you for providing information for moderators to be able to update these links, since there is not a group of assistant webmasters who are providing these services.
Olaf Bacon.

It is difficult to keep a site up to date.  Josh has used enough of his free time to get to this point.
