to access the Features option on Rick Meyers website, this will be found from https://www.e-sword.net then select the tab with the name FEATURES

Unfortunately, Josh Bond provided a faulty link on the http://www.biblesupport.com/get-started-using-esword.html web page. If ANY moderator can go and edit that code, please correct the link on the word "features" so that is has the following hyperlinked content:
"https://www.e-sword....x.html#features"

This editor is trying to be too clever. It does not print the full text of the URL without trying to add a hyperlink. and then appears to contract the content. Sorry.
Just hover your pointer over the link, and you will see the full content in the information portion of your screen, usually at the very bottom row of your screen.

but not on the other page. It is missing a # in the name. I don't see how to remove the item or edit it.

On the Bible Support website click on the "Home" tab. The webpage that will open has a link in the opening paragraph on the words in the following question, 

 

"Not familiar with e-Sword?" 

 

Please tap on that link, which is under the word "e-Sword".  This will take you to the following webpage: 

 

http://www.biblesupport.com/page/get-started-using-esword.html

 

 

On this webpage, under the large picture, there are some old links to the website www.e-sword.net.

 

These links were made long ago. Rick Meyers has since changed his webpage from "http://", to the secure option, which begins with the address: "https://"

  

REQUEST: please update these URL links.  If you want to update the other links, that would also be a good idea. 

 

The easiest method, if you are only editing the viewed page, and not the source code, would be to edit the existing page, move the text with the existing link down some lines, then retype with the new information, then delete the previous faulty details, and put the rest of the information on the line that is not faulty, back again. I expect that it would be much easier to edit the actual source text of the page, then you can see exactly what you are doing.

 

For your convenience I have added the relevant source text of these lines on the webpage.

 

 

The source text was on lines 1312, 1313, 1314, 1315.  on 2024-12-22.

Sounds like proper 404 file redirections wasn't set up on the server.

To update the links to Rick Meyers's website, the quickest way would be for the webmaster to edit the source code of this webpage. view-source:http://www.biblesupport.com/get-started-using-esword.html

Then all the http://www.e-sword.net URL can be corrected to https://www.e-sword.net and the correct further links can then also be provided. The features URL is at https://www.e-sword.net/index.html#features
