This is great news, as God allows people to find our website!
You can see from the registration graph below, the numbers began taking off once Google started indexing the website and again when Karen let us use the e-Sword-Users.org domain name. Both had huge impacts in helping people find us.
When we first started, Google had our domain name banned from their search engine (if it's not one thing, it's another). Apparently, the previous owner did something that Google didn't like (probably a cloaking redirect). I filed an appeal with Google, and on July 6th, Google lifted the ban, allowing us to show in Google search results.
Then on July 17, the e-Sword-Users.org site began sending visitors to this website. You can see the immediate increase in new members following that date as well.
Overall, Doctor Dave's site still sends us over 15% of our traffic. For the first two weeks, he sent us over 50% of our traffic.
The graph below is from data ending in last night. The front page shows a cached (delayed) count of new members. The actual, real-time count is shown at the bottom of the main Forums page, along with the names of all new members today.
