Charles Spurgeon's Commentary and Expositions 1.0
Whole Bible
1
Charles Haddon Spurgeon (1834-1892), the "Prince of Preachers," drew thousands to
the Metropolitan Tabernacle in London every week for nearly forty years. This
module gathers his expository comment on Scripture -- drawn from his sermons,
lectures and writings, including The Treasury of David on the Psalms -- into a
single verse-keyed commentary.
997 commentary entries across 59 books: 34 in the Old Testament, 25 in the New.
The heaviest coverage is in the Psalms, with 197 entries.
Public domain. Free to copy and pass on.
Built and provided by SermonIndex.net. The same commentary can be read online,
chapter by chapter, at:
https://www.sermonin...ntary/spurgeon/
Also available from that page in SWORD, MyBible and theWord formats.
This is the HTML-based .cmti commentary format (module version 4), so it needs a
current e-Sword rather than one of the older RTF-based versions.
