I'm new at using eSword, I had several studies I was working on with the topics editor and I downloaded a couple of interesting files from this site, everything installed excellent but then I noticed that all of my notes were gone! I checked through all the files in windows explorer and couldn't find them anywhere! I can do the studies again but I would like to make sure that my information is actually saving so that I don't have to go through this again. Any suggestions? Also my reading plan and memory verses disappeared as well!

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

If you did not name your topic.topx then Look for topic.topx

in the topic window hold the ctrl key down and right click then open

please also confirm that you are speaking about a topic file which is under the topic note tab and not a notx file which is under the study note tab

May God change our hearts to what the truth is

2Ti_2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Rom_9:16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

2Ti 2:24-25  And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;

They are not there they are completely gone, each topic was named a specific name and before this download would appear in the drop down box, but now after the download they are completely gone, not in the drop down box, not in windows explorer and not under topic.topx

did you search using .topx only

and make sure your searching all the c drive
