I have pasted a few images into study notes and saved them. Then when I go to the bible view and click the icon to display the study note for a verse which has one of these images it does not display well. It comes up in a small window that cannot be resized. It has a scroll bar at the bottom to scroll the image which is not what I expected. I hoped the entire image would be displayed. Am I missing something to remedy this problem?

What file extension were the images in? E.g., jpg, or something else?

I have continued experimenting with this feature today and remain frustrated. I have created several different study notes and pasted in various types of graphic images. Some are graphics in landscape mode and several portrait mode. None of it matters. All images are displayed in the bible view study notes as in a greatly reduced box with a linear slide bar at the bottom to scroll and see the complete image. Is no one else trying graphics in study notes listed E-sword HD's website says is a feature? I hope the developer reads this area because this isn't ready for a feature. If you put a graphic of Israel in as a map and then cannot see but a fraction of the map it is not useful. I'm open to any suggestions or help. Thank You

Try it in png format. This one seems to work good for me. I heard at one time that gifs work pretty good as well. As to how true that is, I don't know.

I added two study notes to two different verses this morning.  Both were saved as the PNG format as you mention.  They both display the same as JPG and BMP. One is in landscape mode and one in portrait.  In the bible view they are cropped into a window too small to see the complete image.  You can place your finger on the images and scroll them to see the complete image but this is unacceptable.  They should display the complete image in a window that scales to their size.  Study notes does not display images correctly in E-Sword HD on the ipad.

Ahhh! You certainly do have a problem, and one that I really don't have an answer for concidering I don't have an iPad. That said, I think that the best way, albeit a possible pain in the neck kind of approach, is to do your study note on your PC (if you don't have a Mac) and then convert it to run on e-Sword HD). Or else give Rick Meyers a buzz at http://www.e-sword.net/feedback.html and see what help he may be able  to give you.
