Also try this
1. Open the html file in ms office word
2. Click on find&replace
3. Click on use more functions
4. Select wild cards
5. Find: ({/*})
6. Replace: leave blank, nothing
this will delete everything in those brackets
ps. If it does not work try rearranging ... I will re upload the correct info
thanks
HI Niobi,
The MySword journal file is an SQLite database file, and as such you cant open it up in MS Word or any other word processor, text editor, or any other database, spreadsheet application except in SQLite, SQLite Manager, or SQLite Browser.
As to exporting an SQLite Database file to HTML goes, sorry this cannot be done. The only way around it is to convert the Database file, from memory, is to convert it to a csv or an xml file in SQLite Manager, and then from there can one open it up in MS Word. I do know that one can open up an xml file in MS Word, and from there save it as an rtf file, but I'm not certain as to whether or not one can do that with csv, or if one has to convert the csv to an xml file. With that all said, done and dusted, tools such as Notepad ++ and Programmers Notepad (both are open sauce and free), and etc., are able to open up xml and csv file types, and one can rip out all the xml and csv code, and from there save it as a txt (text) file type. Even Windows Notepad will do the same trick as well.
Blessings,

There is the feature of exporting Notes/Jounal to html file from within MySword.
Menu ->Copy/Export ->Export Notes/Journal to file
