Oh yeah, they were giggling and laughing, comparing me to a "super hero". But then the next day, Jenny said, Daddy can't walk down the stairs...I think something's wrong with him. Nope, not a super hero then...

That's why Dads have bodies...to use them up for their families...

Hi, well it should have been done days ago. I lost most of this week because of a strained my lower back. I was trying to impress my three year olds by bench curling them like a weight lifter. And then I tried it with just one arm. And the next day, I could barely move! I'm recovered and I think maybe I should have it done in this weekend.
