It would be grealy helpful to be able to edit a bblx file from within T4. I've got a project planned that requires a KJV text to start with, and then notes within the text (the different readings from the ASV). So being able to just open it with T4 would be cool.
Hi Brad,
Actually placing notes within the Bible text isn't difficult providing its not a locked file without T3/T4 by using SQLite. I realize this can be a pain in you know where, as that can be slow because its working in one field at a time and manually typing in the rtf code. However it is better than nothing, and you're working directly in the database file. That means there is no need for conversion required from a database file to an rtf file.
All the work I'm doing in the Maori Bible is being done in SQLite Manager, and there is quite a lot of rtf code that had to be manually written in, especially the details for the Information Dialog. On thing about doing this project is that I had to learn (more by trial and error than anything else) rtf code. Its slow and painful work, but its worth it in the end.
Blessings,
