I just downloaded version 13, and the option to change the text color/background is not listed in the drop down menu with the other options. I checked the User's Guide and the feature is still detailed there - what am I missing?

Then text color options for fonts and Strong's Numbers were dropped starting with version 11, the users manual needs to be updated

To change the font color can only be done the editors. As far as I am aware, you could never change the color of the font in the Bible, Dictionary, and Commentary windows.
