New drop down menu on version 7.5 e-sword for mac

I just upgraded my e-sword for Mac version 7.5 and I noticed a new drop down menu. What is for? When I click on it nothing happens. It's between bookmarks and the layout dropdown. I have attached a screenshot as well.
