I have created a dictionary module using "New User Module ..." from file menu.  It has as its topics the strong's numbers and content under each number.  So when I click on G1 under topics it switches to the content I have under that heading.  This works fine and if I click on a Strong's number from another resource I can click on my user module and it goes to that same strong's number.  So far so good.

But within the content under each heading there are strong's numbers such as G1492 etc.  I was hoping that these numbers would automatically be hyperlinked but this is not the case.  How do I hyperlink the strong's numbers within the content itself so that the default strong's resource open when I click on it?

Also how do I create a hyperlink for certain strong's numbers that I want to click on and have it go to that reference within the user module itself?

What software did you use to create the dictionary?  I don't know of a "New User Module" from the file menu for dictionaries in e-Sword.

ToolTip NT can be used to create e-Sword modules and it can tooltip the strong's numbers  so that they are clickable.

I assumed the wrong software.

Since this thread is in the MySword forum, I suppose your dictionary module is for MySword. If it contains dictionary entries that should be linked within your own dictionary, you can use a special HTML A reference like this:

<a href="dG1492">G1492</a>

For more info, see this this post.

Rob
