I am a new user to E-Sword and this is a great feature for Bible study. Thank you for the explanation of Verse Lists. The Help Content feature in E-Sword version 12.2.0 is not working so I cannot refer to the e-Sword Manual for verse lists on page 80-87. Again thanks for the time.

Hello Lesdelc, I am on a desktop PC, running Windows 11, and using Microsoft Edge (which incidentally can read PDF files just fine). All modern browsers can also read the PDF files.
I loaded e-Sword version 12.2.0 again, and there are two Adobe Acrobat Documents, which are the License.pdf and also the e-sword_guide.pdf which are definitely inserted into the C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword folder. That
e-Sword User's Guide ought to come up when you click on the
F1 function key. If you are on a lap-top, you may need to press
Fn (function key) together with the numeric keys at the top of the keyboard, to access the Functions on the numeric keys, as some manufacturers use the numerical keys for other things as well.
Perhaps you do not have the
Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC. Just go to
https://www.adobe.com/ and by-pass all their new adverts, and scroll your way right to the bottom of their website, and there you will see:
Featured downloads Adobe Acrobat Reader. The link is
https://get.adobe.co.../otherversions/ I recommend that you get the
Adobe Acrobat Reader. You will be able to select an operating system (Windows 10 option will still work okay on Windows 11); select the language, and select the (64-bit) version. Then MacAfee wants to piggyback off Adobe, and load. You can easily
click off both his optional offers. Right down at the left corner of the webpage, you can change regions, to get the download from an area which may be closer to where you are located. Then on the right side of the Adobe page, select the download option for
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. (The Pro option is not free, and gives you a 7-day-trial period).
Please try again - the e-Sword User's Guide is definitely something you want to read. And it ought to be on your PC already.

Where e-Sword version 12.2 on the Help option says that you get help on the "Contents" with the F1 function key, on e-Sword version 13.0.0 Rick Meyers updated the wording to indicate more clearly, that this calls up the e-Sword User's Guide, still on the F1 help key. The e-Sword User's Guide was last updated in 2014, and does not actually indicate the F1 option, on page 6.
