Hello All,

I'm new to MySword and these forums, but am having the same problem many others are. I would like to have the ESV (2001), NASB (1995), and the NIV (1984) on Mysword. I understand that there reasons why they are not available. I also understand that there are way to get these modules by conversion. My problem is, no matter how much I read the instructions I just can't figure it out. I am so frustrated, especially since I own these in other formats. This "mysword" is great! I love this program and now that I used it, I don't want to use any other. Is there anyone out there that has already converted these bibles that would like to share step by step how they did this? Or better yet, just provide a zip file?

Thank you so much!

Jim

Just a couple of things:

  1. If you're looking to convert any official e-Sword Bible translations, namely the NIV and the NASB to MySword, they cannot be done. These resources are locked, as in, Password Protected. The only way you will be able to do it, is to get your hands on a third party resource, and from there covert to MySword.
  2. The resources you are looking to convert from e-Sword to MySword, are copyright, of which all rights are reserved. Bearing that in mind, the resources you wish to convert can only be used for yourself. Give or sell any of these copyright materials, you are breaking the law.

Blessings,
