You need to install e-Sword in addition to the converter.
Sorry, I should have said, I do have E-Sword installed, have had it for years. I have the newest Mac version, 6.3 (24).

Thank you; I just downloaded and installed Crossover Mac, but again this does not work. When trying to run the .exe convertor file I get an error message saying I do not have E-Sword installed, or have an earlier version than 11.2 (which is a Windows file).
Any suggestions on where to go from here?
You need to have the latest version of e-Sword for the PC which is version 11.2 installed in order for the converter to install, here is link to download and install e-Sword

Yes, I was able to download the Windows version, but unfortunately it's too complicated for me to use the Windows version with Crossover, use the convertor on the files, try to put them in the right place, then find them and use them. I'm just not good with all that stuff, so am moving on.
Thank you for trying to help; it's not you, it's me .

i downloaded Charles Spurgeon and it is in Topx format how can i see it in my E-Sword and where on it can i read it
The e-Sword main window has a menu across the top and under that a search bar at the right end of the search bar there are two buttons one looks like a tiny picture and the other looks like 3 little books. Clicking the button with the 3 little books will open e-Sword's Resource Library which is where you can find and read all books and other reference modules you download.
