This (1 Mar 2014 version) is basically a slightly inferior copy of the Smith's Bible Atlas that can be downloaded directly from e-Sword.  This copy includes the title page of the printed atlas, which e-Sword's 2010 copy does not.  But all the maps are identical except for the one of Alexander the Great's empire.  For that particular map, the resolution in this copy is poor compared to the e-Sword 2010 copy.  The map titles are slightly different.  The version of titles you prefer may vary according to individual preferences, but I prefer the version in the e-Sword 2010 copy.
