Liking e-Sword

Hi.
Sorry, but I don't know how can I define it, so I called the "module structure". My question is: can I "easily" change module structure like this:

I have tested several times, read (here on forum and outside) and tested again but no success.

The former is RTF, found in Windows e-Sword modules. The latter is HTML, found in iOS e-Sword modules. Some modules types can be converted between the two using e-Sword Tooltip Tool NT.
