Actually, that's not an issue, and neither does it create a problem when it comes to accessing that page and downloading a file.

 

How do I know?! Easy. I just did it.

 

That kind of error message, from what I can gather, is more likely a minor thingy with BibleSupport rather than the person who uploaded the file. 'Nother thing, I found out that its a PHP (a server scripting language) error, and also from my research thingy, no one's found a fix for it. So it's a pretty common thing that happens on some websites (just like catching the common cold).
