Hello

 

After instaling e-sword on a new computer the yellow pop-up tooltip boxes don't show properly after hovering over Strong numbers. They are off place as if the proper place to hover was somewhat off the right place. In the attached picture it shows information for a different number (though not visible on the picture, the mouse hovers over G2222). Any idea what causes this? Thank you

I've had similar problem at times using Linux; sometimes G4100 pops up, if mouse passes over G4100 on its way to G2222. I have to click on G4100 to close pop-up, then move mouse to G222 without contact with any other Strong's number.

thanks for the reply, my problem, however, seems to be of a different kind. The hovering area for the numbers seems to be moved somewhat down and to the right, in some cases even as much as to "cover" a different number (as seen on the shared picture)

1. Try reducing the font size in the Bible view.
2. What size do you have there at present.
3. In the operating system settings Display tab, what setting do you have for "Make text bigger", and "Make everything bigger"?

Excelent, Jon! Once I turned the Windows view scale to 100 % (from 110 %), everything works perfectly. Thank you very much for your help
