You need to download E-Sword Tooltip which is the tool used to create modules for all versions of E-Sword.

You can download it right from this site:

Tooltip is the only tool for creating modules available not sure converting files created in word to E-Sword without use of Tooltip NT

Can  you upload the file and the search and replace info that you are using and perhaps you will get some help.

[TJ Higgins] It is true that ones do the markup in MS Word if the document is suitable and then paste to T4 to make the module.

Looking at the example, you would need to change the search and replace to something like this, so that it will find the single and double words and also hyphenated words.

Search

(<[A-Z, -]{3,40})

Replace

÷\1^p\1

As you have done some by hand, you will have to limit the search to Down only with your cursor set to somewhere before you want to mark the next topic.

I suggest you practice on a copy of the document.
