The Scrivener 1894 module for MySword is listed as Greek1894 in the list of Bibles. The Stephanus is listed as TRi. How can I edit the names of these and/or other modules?

You need DB Browser for SQlite

http://sqlitebrowser.org/

Click on file/open database and select all files instead of SQLite database files.

Click on Browse Data and select in the table details instead of Bible.

edit the name and file exit and yes to save.

Thank you Katoog. I d/l DB Browser SQL lite on my PC, started app, then clicked on "Open DB", selected "files only", then Fire>internal storage>mysword>bibles>TRi.bbl.mybible but it does not open. Obviously I am doing something wrong. ???????

Move TRi.bbl.mybible first to the PC. Then open the mybible with DB Browser SQ and edit it.

I think that Android use another OS than the PC and that the smartphone is write protected.

To be sure that the file is not write protected: right-click on the file and Properties.

If Read only has a V turn it off by left-clicking it away. Then Ok or Apply.

Using the app while you try to edit the app makes that the old data is still in the RAM memory. So don't start the app before the edit.

Greetings... I have a similar question:
How to change the names of the books of the Bible? For example I use ISR 2009 The Scriptures Bible... In the Torah Genesis is really Bereshit etc... In the NT I want tto change them as well Matityahu, Yochanan, Ya'akov etc...

Example:
(Incorrectly named James)
James 1:
1 Ya'aqoḇ, a servant of Elohim and of the Master יהושע Messiah, to the twelve tribes who are in the dispersion: Greetings.
(Should be)
Ya'akob 1:
1 Ya'aqoḇ, a servant of Elohim and of the Master יהושע Messiah, to the twelve tribes who are in the dispersion: Greetings.

Any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately E-Sword is programmed for the English language bible book names only

Go into your preference in MySword and look for "Clear abbreviations cache" and clear it.
