First of all I am very impressed by ToolTip.

Unfortunately I am facing an error on several modules (not all).

I.e. Trying to read Peake Commentary on the Bible results in an error.

What did I do?

Split Peake first in smaller parts. Than select   Read Commentary File

Then the file starts to load, but at the line #define version=3 there appears the following error:

===

Report the following:
LENGTH ERROR
CGenRead[47]     (book text)←"'" CommaDelimited ¯1↓'(' After item
                 ^          ^
----------------------------------------
CGenRead[47] *
>[fmTxCtrl.mModules.mCmtx.mRead;Click]
<[fmTxCtrl;Wait]
Start[63]

===

What is happening? Do I something wrong? Or is this a bug? And what is ther solution?

Peter

Can you post the file here you are attempting to read, so I can run it on the Tooltip development system and see exactly what is the issue?

Attached is the file I try to load. It is created with the split option in Tooltip from the file I downloaded from this site.

The file is 7957 kB in size and so I cannot attach it to this message. Zipped it is still 1.2 Mb

Can I send it as an email attachment?

Peter

This issue has been addressed and will be in the next update.  The cause was a database schema with additional unexpected components which are not used by e-Sword yet are in the file.
