Why doesn't "search exact phrase" always appear under Search?

After entering a phrase and clicking Search, I don't always see "search exact phrase." This can be frustrating! Would appreciate help.  Thanks, Joy2speak.

I believe it is because the Bible you are trying to search has Strong's numbers in it.?

Or you might have selected the partial match box.
