converting modules from e-sword version 7 to newest version

I have long used E-Sword version 7 and was quite satisfied with it. Over the years, I have imported numerous bibles and commentaries into this version with no problem. After I upgraded E-Sword to the newest version, I have ran the conversion tool and converted the files from the old extention to the new extension (ie .bbl to .bblx). I have copied the files into the E-Sword directory. Yet those files do not appear with the program. Any assistance that you may provide will be greatly appreciated.

Any modules sold by eStudySource or e-Sword will not load even if you manage to convert them. You would need to re-download the latest version from them.
