When viewing certain bibles in parallel, the font seems to be cut in half length-wise (but only on a few certain lines). I could've sworn I saw a post about this problem somewhere here, but now that I'm looking I can't find it. Is there a resolution to this problem?

Thanks

Could be a problem those specific Bible modules. Which modules cause the obstructed view?

The only problem I have ever had that resembles the one you described was solved (temporarily) by minimizing the e-sword window, then restoring it.

I tried to duplicate it so I could show a screen shot, but (naturally) it refused to manifest.

Thus says the LORD, "Let not a wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not a rich man boast of his riches; but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, (Jeremiah 9:23-24a)

"Defenders of the faith are inclined to be bitter until they learn to walk in the light of the Lord. When you have learned to walk in the light of the Lord, bitterness and contention are impossible." --Oswald Chambers, in Biblical Psychology from The Quotable Oswald Chambers.

Ok after playing around with the parallel viewer and trying to figure out the pattern behind  the problem, I've found the following bibles are apparently causingthe problem with the font appearing split down the length (eg, through the sentences. Screenshot attached. Look at the font how it's split/chopped long-ways.)

These bibles seem to be causing the symptoms:

Lexham English Bible

exeGese Companion Bible

exeGese Ready Research Bible

International Standard Version (with footnotes)

Interlinear Westcott-Hort NT +strongs

New International Version (UK Ed.)

New Life Version

Revised English Bible

BTW, I tried various different font settings and sizes, it didn't make a diff, still had the problem. Tried resizing the window, too, no diff.

One other note, it seems it's only the 1st and 2nd split window that exhibit the problem (as far as my experimenting has revealed so far.)

when you re sized the window to make it bigger did you refresh the window by that I mean click on a bible then go back to parallel I found that the bibles with superscript need allot of room to display correctly

I found that when I changed the size of the window the columes did not adjust until I reset them by the above

May God change our hearts to what the truth is

2Ti_2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Rom_9:16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

2Ti 2:24-25  And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
