How can I download the book by William Evans, "How to Memorize the Bible" in my IPad 2?

You can't. At least not until Rick Meyers includes it in eSword's modules for the iPad, or allows 3rd party installation of modules.

Here it is in exported PDF form, that you can use to read it using the Kindle App or some other pdf reader on the iPad.
