I am trying to create a Bible Reading Plan that has readings that are more evenly divided. Currently if you set up a 6-month reading plan it splits the bible into 7-chapter sections. For a majority of the readings this isn't too bad, but there are sections where the reading is very short or very long. I would like to use partial chapters to more evenly divide the reading. So, my question, what is the proper way to show a split chapter?

Maybe I should ask, is a partial chapter possible in the Bible Reading plan?

In reply to the query by ronald.varnum@gmail.com, 15 September 2023, I asked the following question to Rick Meyers, the designer of e-Sword.
QUESTION: The Bible Reading Plans split the Bible into Chapters. Because these are variable lengths, the content varies in length. How could one use e-Sword to create a BRP in which the content is divided more evenly among the length of pages, with partial chapters in a reading?

ANSWER from Rick Meyers: "The Reading Plan feature is not designed for partial chapters."
