I need your help!

I changed the language from English to Spanish on the app (I use a Mac) and apparently it was changed. It changed the names of the Bible books and the subtitles, but the content was not changed. I have a PC too and in the PC I changed the language too and it did the same thing. 

I reset the Mac and everything remained the same.

Changing the language of the app will not change the language of the actual content—only the language of the interface (menus, buttons, etc.). You would need to download content in the language you desire. For example, you would need to download Spanish bibles.
