All the modules provided to members from biblesupport.com website are designed to be downloaded to the PC, then this downloaded file must be moved to the directory where the e-Sword application program keeps its files. If you have loaded the latest version of e-Sword from Rick Meyers at www.e-sword.net (version 12.2 or version 13.0.0, for the Microsoft operating system), then please run e-Sword, then the option "Help", "About" will provide you with the version of e-Sword which you are running. The F1 function key will bring up the "e-Sword User's Guide", in which you can read all about how to use e-Sword application. The default folder into which you will have to copy the downloaded Commentary files will be on This PC > (C:) drive in the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword
If your dictionary and commentary files were *.dctx and *.cmtx and *.lexx they are applicable to e-Sword version 9X and 10X and later.
None of the *.dctx and *.cmtx files are applicable for apple Mac or iPhone, iPad, iPod or Android touch-screen devices.
If the format of the filename of the modules for the dictionary and commentary files were *.dcti and *.cmti format, then they are applicable to e-Sword version 11, 12, and 13 and later, and later, and also work on Apple Mac, iPhone, iPod, iPad and Android devices.
Please indicate which version of e-Sword you are actually using, and which type of PC, or Apple Mac device, which operating version, or which device with a touch screen you are using.
If you are using e-Sword on a Microsoft Operating System, open e-Sword, and look in "Help", "About", to get the version in use.

Please indicate which method you used to copy the downloaded modules to the e-Sword folders on your PC, after you had downloaded the files to your device.
In order for someone to try to reproduce your problem, please list which specific entries you downloaded, from your e-Sword, or from biblesupport.com and which ones you could see, and which ones you were unable to see on your PC, after you moved them to the required folder, and had restarted e-Sword.
If possible, please mention the version and latest update, of the operating system of your device. For example, I am running on a HP PC, and using keyboard Logo key with the Pause key, shows me the latest operating system, which is Windows 11 Pro, running on 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor. If I was on a laptop, with Windows 11, the shortcut key is from the keyboard logo key + FN + Pause to shows the operating system details.
Please also check whether your Security application which provides security from all internet access, has been set up to allow downloads of files from http://biblesupport.com to your device.
