The Bullinger notes, maps and appendices are available but in Windows format they will need to be converted for use with Apple/Mac devices

Yes, I saw that. Is that something a non-computer wiz, such as myself, would be able to do? If so, how do I do that? That would be so great if I could, as this is not the first time I have had this problem.

Yep! All you need is just the converter, and you should be done and dusted.
'nother thing might be helpful... If you don't have one, a Windows device, as in a PC or Laptop would be really helpful

There isn't a converter for .mapx files, so the person that created the .mapx file would need to make a .refi file with the images in.
I have converted the other two files using the converter mentioned and zipped them for upload here.

Actually you can install a program on your MAC called Crossover MAC made by a company called CodeWeavers. This program allows windows software to be run on MAC's
