I am not able to execute TOOLTIP NT 2.11 due to an error

My System is Windows XP on a Laptop.

I hope there is someone that can help me with this problem urgently.

Close all running programs and try to re-install the program. 

The same error, after installing with an empty system.

Just for your knowledge before I had version 1.44 and no problems.

I can remove 2.11 and install 1.44 with no problems.

Try running the Setup program as an administrator.

Scratch that - I'm building a new installer.  It appears that some files were set to install only on 64 bit systems.  I suspect you are running 32 bit XP.  So download the installer again and try that and let me know yeah or nah.  Thanks

The new installer has been build.  No other changes to the program, it is still v2.11.  You can download it now.

I too have the same problem.

After installing gives the same error as message

as given on top of this forum;

I closed all working programs and tried to install as admin

and still the problem continues.

Can anyone please help me install Tooltip Tool NT?
