There appear to be three files.

One you will find as a commentary tab 'Homileticae'

The other two you should find in the 'Reference Library' as

Simeon_ Charles and Claude_ John - Claude's Essay on the Composition of a Sermon

Simeon_ Charles - Subject_ Liturgical_ Lectionary Indexes

If they don't appear, check that they are selected in the options -> Resources.

Please ask admin to investigate, with creator of the zipped archive.

From page http://www.biblesupp...ary-21-volumes/ there are two entries shown. The first is an exe file, Simeon, Charles - Horae Homileticae.exe and this downloads 3 contents successfully.
(1) Horae Homileticae - Charles Simeon.cmtx
(2) Simeon, Charles - Subject, Liturgical, Lectionary Indexes.topx
(3) Simeon, Charles and Clause, John - Claude's Essay on the Composition of a Sermon.topx

However, the second is a zip file, Simeon, Charles - Horae Homileticae.zip - ZIP archive, unpacked size 40 325 120 bytes
(1) Horae Homileticae - Charles Simeon.cmtx is able to use the new Module installer without problem.
(2) Simeon, Charles - Subject, Liturgical, Lectionary Indexes.topx Here error says that the archive is corrupt
(3) Simeon, Charles and Clause, John - Claude's Essay on the Composition of a Sermon.topx Here error says that the archive is corrupt.
The second and third report, C:\Users\ADMIN\Downloads\Simeon, Charles - Horae Homileticae.zip: The archive is corrupt.

All these were installed on my Win10 without issue using 0.5 of the installer.

The file is located under "commentaries" entitled... "Homileticae."
