New to Bible Support

I am a South African living in London and have used e sword for the best part of the last 5 years and really value its amazing use.
My problem is ever since I bought a new laptop I am unable to start any Commentary, Bible, Dictionary or Map downloads.
I can choose what to download but as soon as I click on the 'Start Download' nothing happens.
This never happened before. I there anyone that can advise me on what to do?
Your input will be greatly appreciated.

Maybe it's somewhere in your browser download settings. You really didn't give enough information to make any other guesses. There has already been over 1,900 downloads here today with no problems, so the problem is definitely on your end.

Maybe is it a firewall that block the Internet connection of the program. ZoneAlarm is one of those programs that can block programs from Internet.
Turn off temporary the firewall and start the download after selecting.
