I had to format my hard drive and reinstall my programs, including e-Sword.

I had a purchased copy of the NIV Bible (for which I have a Product Key) but I do not know how to get that back on my computer without buying it again.

Are there instructions somewhere?

If you have the latest version of eS 10.2.1 you use the internal module downloader (main menu -> download -> Bibles... Click on New International Version, and it will give you a dialog with instructions.
