I have done a quick search on this in this forum and did not see anything relating to this question so I thought I would post it here.
Is there any effort currently to offer the NASB (New American Standard Bible) and the LSB (Legacy Standard Bible) versions of the bible for download on the PC version of e-sword?

No, they are copyrighted Bibles: (so they made the restrictions) and are Premium Bibles that you can download within the e-Sword program.
