Which fonts are needed to properly display e-sword commentary, dictionary, etc.?

Tahoma, Times New Roman and Arial have the biggest character sets.
I use Tahoma as default and editor Font.
Galatia SIL for Greek, Ezra SIL for Hebrew and Doulos SIL for Latin.
