I recently downloaded and installed the newest update of E-Sword, 13.00.  However, the computer I installed it on has a Network version of Windows 10 which will not allow Windows Media Player to be installed on it, which means E-Sword no longer works.

Does someone have a version 12 installation file that could be uploaded on here?

Yes, here is eSword V1220. This is the last version that will work without using Windows Media Player. It is sad that Rick Meyers has caused such a hurdle for Linux users. I guess he does not know that many people hate windows. Hope and pray that Rick wakes up to see that people want to have choices when installing software. Why can't he create a platform for Linux.

It is better to get the official download of 1220. There is a link in the FAQ on the official e-Sword site.
