Can you please provide additional information such as which e-Sword you are using the Windows or Mac version and which modules you purchased?

First thing to do is to close and then reopen e-Sword if you not have done so already.
If you have and the modules are not visible then the next step to click "Options" from the menu across the top of e-Sword. This will open the Options drop down menu. From the drop down menu select "Resource" to open the e-Sword resource options window. The Window displays six boxes each displaying a list of the modules installed in e-Sword. To the left of the items in the list are check boxes, in the Bible's list look for for bibles you downloaded if they are listed but the check boxes are not checked click the boxes to out a check in them. This will make the bibles active in e-Sword.
Repeat the above using the Commentaries list for the commentary you purchased.
If the modules you purchased are not showing in the lists then they may be not in the e-Sword folder found within the Program Files (x86) folder.
If this is the case then you should check the Windows 10 Downloads folder and see if the purchased modules completed downloading.
if they are in the Downloads Folder, the next step is to determine what type of files downloaded, as downloaded modules can be either the actual modules or installer files that need to be run to properly install the modules.
I believe that all three modules you downloaded are contained in installer files that need to be run in order to install the modules into e-sword.
The downloaded files names will look like this: e-Sword NKJV Bible Add-On.
if the files downloaded correctly into the Downloads folder you will need to run each file to install the modules into e-Sword. Do this with e-Sword shut down and then start e-Sword after running the installer files

Are you sure they downloaded?
Try doing a search using the windows 10 search box and see if that finds the modules
