Is Biblesupport.com free?
I answer this question at least once a week. Yes, everything on BibleSupport.com is free and for the Glory of God. It's one of the few places on the Internet that does not sell anything or persuade you to buy something. This site is truly and only here to help people study God's Word.
Is Biblesupport.com officially connected with e-Sword?
No. BibleSupport.com is an unofficial e-Sword support group. BibleSupport.com is run independently of and not associated with Rick Meyers, the developer of e-Sword. Questions about Premium e-Sword Modules and all questions for the developer of e-Sword should be addressed to e-Sword.net. e-Sword® is a registered trademark of Rick Meyers.
Does this website speak for e-Sword or Rick Meyers?
No, BibleSupport.com is not affiliated with the official e-Sword software. No one speaks for Rick Meyers or for e-Sword except Rick Meyers. If anyone implies or insinuates they are speaking on behalf of Rick Meyers on this website, understand they are merely rendering their opinion.
Is Biblesupport.com officially connected with MySword?

The History of Biblesupport.com
I started BibleSupport.com when the old e-Sword-users.org website went down.
I first approached Dr. Dave about converting his site into a general e-Sword repository and support site. Given his track record of accomplishments within the e-Sword community, this made sense. But he explained that his focus is exclusively conservative, Baptist resources and encouraged me to tackle the project if I felt so led.
On June 8, 2011 I installed IPBoard, the software this website uses. On June 11, 2011, I asked a few people to test the functionality. The next day, the website went live. Dr. Dave posted a prominent link on his website, resulting in 50% of our traffic for the first two weeks. Even today, Dr. Dave's link accounts for 15% of our traffic. His link has also helped us become better ranked in search engines.
The Merging of e-Sword-Users.org and BibleSupport.com
After Vaughn Jacobs advised me about the owner of the old website, I contacted Karen Everest. She graciously agreed to let us use the old website's database, downloads, forum posts, and other content.
I contacted Godaddy, hoping to gain better access to the old website to make retrieving the data easier. Godaddy suspended the e-Sword-Users.org webhosting because the website had too many unlinked files (files on the server but not apart of the website, a violation of the Godaddy's terms of service). I simply removed these files and Godaddy immediately restored the website's hosting.
After moving the website to my server, I upgraded the website's software (Drupal) and disallowed the creation of new content. Instead, visitors are alerted to come to BibleSupport.com.
I hope to import all blog and forum posts into BibleSupport.com but this seemingly simple task has turned into a huge technical challenge. Even among those who specialize in converting and merging CMS software databases, I am yet to find anyone who will perform a Drupal to IPBoard conversion. Yes, it's that complicated.
If we cannot import the e-sword-users.org data, we will continue to run the old website in a "view-only" mode indefinitely so that the information is not lost.
