I have a site that 1) builds; and 2) links to modules from other sites; that are formatted for both eSword and another Bible software package called theWord free Bible software. As a dispensational Baptist, my filtered site has a smaller number of modules than what is available here.

 

I also write blogs about modules and features for both software packages.

 

I don't consider my site to be "competition" to this site at all. In fact, I promote this site on the front page of my site. Also - Josh and I have had a friendly relationship further back than even the beginning of this site.

 

Major differences from my site to this site are: 1) my site has narrower doctrinal filters (dispensational baptist) and therefore has a smaller library available; 2) my site is organized like a library (very twentieth century technology) while this site is organized like a database (21st century technology); 3) my site gets much less traffic; 4) I'm very low tech and Josh is very high tech when it comes to module building; 5) Rick does not promote my website, but he heavily promotes this one; and 6) my site doesn't allow for public comments & interaction (although I do host a companion forum site), while Josh's site heavily promotes that.

 

Not a day goes by that I'm not thankful for Josh Bond and Biblesupport.com!
