Does anyone know of an english translation of the septuigant, with gk. strongs #'s?

I am unaware of such a translation of the Septuagint (LXX), in either hard copy print or in an electronic format. You may be able to come somewhat close to what you desire with the following three modules using the Parallel feature of e-Sword:

Brenton's English Translation of the LXX

LXX keyed to Strong's with parsing.

Strongs Dictionary with LXX additions

The last module is needed for the additional words and their definitions as found in the LXX.

The "Apostolic Bible Polyglot" is the best LXX version (and is together with the Greek NT close to the TR)
Use e-Sword module Downloader and download:
ABP+(by English) and ABP G+ (by Greek)

One was created back in the days of e-Sword 7.5. It required a special version of Strong's. (Back then, e-Sword assumed that OT Strong Numbers were Hebrew, and NT Strong Numbers were Greek. Too bad if your topical file used Strong Numbers.)
